
Don Streuber
Don Streuber F.C.P.A., F.C.A. is a chartered accountant and has a bachelor of commerce with honours in finance, from University of Manitoba. Don became President of Bison on March 1, 2000, and transitioned to his current role as Executive Chairman in September 2015. He came to Bison from Sill, Streuber, Fiske & Co.
Don is active in the transportation industry and is a past Chair of the Canadian Trucking Alliance and CentrePort Canada Inc. Don is also Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Exchange Income Corporation, a TSX-listed company.
Outside of transportation, Don is currently the Vice Chair of the Board of the Assiniboine Park Conservancy. He is a member of the Business Council of Canada (formerly CCCE) and Past Chair and Director Emeritus of the Business Council of Manitoba. In 2004, Don was appointed the Honorary Consul General of Austria for Manitoba. He is a Past Chair of Providence College & Theological Seminary.

Rob Penner
Rob Penner is the President & CEO for Bison Transport. He began his career in the transportation industry in 1984 as a professional driver and joined Bison Transport in 1991, moving through all aspects of Operations. Rob was appointed Vice-President, Operations in 1998 and promoted to President in September 2015. CEO has been added to his role as of January 2017.
Rob is actively involved in the transportation community, having served on the board of directors for both the Toronto Trucking Association and Ontario Trucking Association and the Trucking Profitability Strategies Advisory Board at the University of Georgia-Athens, as well as numerous other working committees and advisory boards. Rob is actively involved with the American Trucking Association, and previously served as Chairman on the Executive Board for the Truckload Carriers Association.
Rob is heavily involved in trucking community events and also spends considerable time and energy assisting a few of his favourite charities, including CancerCare Manitoba and The Heart and Stroke Foundation, in their annual fundraising activities.

Trevor Fridfinnson
Trevor Fridfinnson is the Chief Operating Officer at Bison Transport and is responsible for operational performance, corporate strategy, terminal management, business analytics and fleet maintenance company wide.
As a member of the executive committee since 2001, he leads in strategic planning and business-improvement initiatives that enhance performance across the company. Trevor has played a key role in the growth of the business and the development of the outstanding team that drives Bison today.
Trevor got his start with Bison Transport as a management trainee after graduating from the faculty of management at University of Manitoba in 1993. He started in operations and hasn't stopped since.

Jeff Pries
Jeff Pries is a Senior Vice-President and is responsible for the ongoing business development needs of the company. Jeff provides leadership in all areas of sales, revenue generation, marketing, strategy, branding, network analytics and team building throughout the organization, including its related companies. As a member of the company's Executive Team since 2000, Jeff has helped grow the organization into one of North America's leading transportation and logistics providers.
Jeff received his bachelor of administration degree from Tabor College in Kansas in 1987. Shortly after receiving his degree he joined Reimer Express Enterprises in Toronto. While there, Jeff held a variety of sales and operations positions in various divisions. In 1991, Jeff transferred to Manitoba to lead the sales and marketing team at Big Freight Systems, which he did until 1999 when he decided to join Bison Transport. Since joining Bison, Jeff's leadership in business development has allowed Bison to become one of Canada's premier transportation and logistics companies. In summer 2016, Jeff relocated to Mississauga, Ont. with Bison in his current position to be based in the east and continue to impact the business and its development from that location.

Mike Ludwick
Mike Ludwick is the Chief Administrative Officer and has worked at Bison Transport since 1997. He has overall responsibility for IT, Safety and Driver Development and Corporate Services (including Customs, Licensing and Fuel). He is also involved with Britton Transport, Bison's American subsidiary. Before Mike became a full-time Bison employee he worked for Bison as an independent IT contractor.
Mike has a passion for process improvement and appreciates that Bison is a company that always wants to do better. He enjoys his participation in the Driver Advisory Board because it is an excellent way to help validate new ideas in the operations processes.

Brad Chase
Brad Chase is the Senior Vice-President of Logistics and Multimodal. Joining the Bison Transport team in spring 2013, Brad came to Bison from OmniTrax Canada where he served as president. OmniTrax is one of North America's largest private railroad and transportation management companies that runs to northern locations such as Churchill, Man.
Brad received his business administration diploma from Red River College in Winnipeg before he started his career with Purolator, and then moved to the Kleysen Group for almost 10 years.

Damiano Coniglio
Damiano Coniglio is Bison Transport’s Chief Finance Officer and has been with the company since February 2011. He is responsible for the development of a strategic framework including acquisitions, leading transaction activities (assessment, negotiation, structure, due diligence and integration planning), development of finance policy, structuring of arrangements (sourcing capital to fund acquisitions) and leading key internal initiatives including benchmarking and business unit reviews.
Damiano has enjoyed a lengthy career as an accountant and, before moving to Bison, he was the VP of Corporate Development at Richardson Financial Group. Damiano is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and the Manitoba Institute of Chartered Accountants, as well as various business groups in Winnipeg.

Doug Romanuk
Doug Romanuk is the Senior Vice-President of Western Region. Doug brings a wealth of transportation knowledge and comes to Bison from Quik X, where he was the Vice-President of Sales. Doug made the move to Bison because he saw it as an opportunity to work for a Canadian carrier that leads the market and genuinely cares about its employees.
Doug studied at Canadian Bible College. He worked for 13 years at TransX where he was Vice-President of Truckload Sales, Western Region. Before that he worked for H&R Transport where he finished as the Senior-Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Norm Sneyd
Norm Sneyd is the Vice-President of Business Development for Bison Transport in Mississauga. He joined Bison in 2008.
Throughout his career, which spans over 40 years in trucking, Norm has been involved in various aspects of the industry including truckload and household moving. Norm started his career in the household moving industry with Canadian Pacific's moving division, which was the second-largest booking member of United Van Lines, with 10 operating facilities.
Before joining Bison in 2008, he was President of Highland Transport, a truckload carrier in the Toronto area. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a large household moving group with facilities in Eastern Canada.
Norm is well known in the industry and has sat on several boards and various committees and industry-related panels. He currently sits on the board of the Ontario Trucking Association, as well as Trucks For Change.

Linda Young
Linda Young is the Vice-President of Human Resources and People Development for Bison Transport and is responsible for human resource programs and services for drivers and non-drivers (recruitment, employee benefits, performance management and training).
Previously, Linda worked as Vice-President of Human Resources for Vita Health Products and before that as Director of Human Resources for Manitoba Telecom Services (MTS). Her career spans over 25 years in a cross section of industries – health care, agriculture, telecommunications, manufacturing and transportation. In 2006, Bison was searching for a leader to further develop its human resources function and Linda was recruited for the position. She has been with Bison ever since.
She is currently a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba (HRMAM), the Human Resource Committees of the Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) and Manitoba Trucking Association (MTA) and the Red River College Business Administration Advisory Committee. She also has her Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.

Steve Zokvic
Steve Zokvic is the Senior Vice-President of Central Operations and directly oversees the performance of Central Operations, Long Combination Vehicle (LCV), Reefer, Expedited and Less Than Truckload (LTL) business units. Indirectly he also oversees the ECA and WCA.
Steve has been with Bison since 1996 after completing his bachelor of commerce degree at the University of Manitoba. He started at Bison as a regional planner in southern Ontario and worked his way through several other operations and leadership positions over his career. Steve is a member of the Manitoba Trucking Association.

Rod Hendrickson
Rod Hendrickson is the Vice-President of Finance and Administration. Rod joined Bison in October 2015 and is responsible for the financial operations, administration and risk management of the company. These responsibilities include the development of financial operating plans, linked metrics and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve and enhance the company's assets, profitability and growth plan.
Rod has a master in accountancy and a bachelor of commerce degree, both from University of Manitoba. Following the completion of his CA designation at KPMG Chartered Accountants in 1996, Rod joined Manitoba Telecom Services (MTS). While there, Rod held a variety of finance positions, eventually serving as Director of Finance, where he led a variety of teams in accomplishing MTS's financial goals.

Mike Gomes
Mike Gomes is the Vice-President of Maintenance and is responsible for the overall development and performance of Bison's maintenance team.
Mike joined Bison in 2016 after a distinguished career with Volvo Trucks Canada where he held various roles in the service group and as the Director of Aftermarket Sales for Canada. In addition to being a licensed technician, Mike has a degree in business administration from York University in Toronto.
